Job Responsibilities:
Provide maintenance, servicing and repairs to all plants, systems, equipment, facilities, M&E services, meeting and event services, ELV systems, electrical, water supply system etc.
Provide maintenance, servicing, repairs and inspection to all fire protection and life saving systems, equipment, plant and systems, vertical transportation systems, audio/visual operations, etc.
Have a technical skills and knowledge of refrigeration principles to check, maintain, and repair fridges and freezers
Supervisory of contract out & improvement works
Job Requirements:
Secondary education level or HKDSE holder graduate
5-8 years relevant experience in similar position
Relevant licenses are required (REW A license)
Mature, independent, service-oriented and well-organized
Good communication, interpersonal skills and supervisory skills
