Our client is a well-known company that provides various IT products. They are currently looking for an Engineer who has data center background for team expansion.
Deliver technical support across cloud platforms, SCCM environments, virtualized infrastructure (VMware), and Linux-based systems, ensuring stable and secure operations.
Diagnose and resolve issues spanning cloud services, network connectivity, storage systems, and security controls with minimal service disruption.
Proactively monitor system health and performance, identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks, and implement optimization measures.
Support the rollout, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of infrastructure components including cloud services, firewalls, and network switches.
Work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to maintain system reliability and streamline operational processes.
Manage user access, permissions, and service requests while handling incidents and change activities in accordance with IT service management practices; maintain clear documentation for processes and resolutions.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above qualifications
2 years+ experiences with data center support, Cloud AD and operations , SCCM/ VMware related
knowledge and experience of MacOS support
ITIL Foundation Certification holder is an advantage
Good commend in Cantonese , English and Putonghua
Candidate with more expereince will be considered as Senior Engineer
