Role and Responsibilities:-

Assist in daily M&E operations, including planned maintenance, inspections, and upkeep of common areas.
Perform weekly checks and minor troubleshooting on M&E systems.
Manage stock control for mechanical and electrical materials.
Attend to ad-hoc complaints and emergency calls promptly.
Support major breakdown responses by reinforcing manpower as needed.
Ensure service contractors perform work according to contract standards.
Supervise and accompany contractors during routine servicing.
Handle minor M&E repairs and general handyman tasks (e.g., fixing fixtures, touch-up painting).
Undertake other M&E-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:-

Only Singaporeans
Physical work required
ITE NTC 2/3 or Nitec / Higher Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical / Building
At least 1 year of experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities
Able to work rotating shifts which includes Morning shifts, Afternoon shifts and Night Shifts.
Willing to travel Islandwide 
Willing to work at various locations
