Job Description

• Assist in overall management of properties - industrial, commercial & residential
• Assist in managing enquiries from tenants, clients, and agents via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist with lease documentation, tenancy agreements, renewals, and related administrative matters.
• Support handover and takeover processes, including preparation of inventory list, determine sums due (rent, tenant damages, reinstatement, etc).
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance to ensure properties remain in good tenantable condition.
• Support marketing efforts by promoting properties online/offline and coordinating site viewings.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned.
