Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, understand their their needs and preferences
Provide product information and make recommendations
Promote and sell a wide range of duty-free products, such as liquor, tobacco, cosmetics, confectionery, and more
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives
Maintain organized and attractive product displays, restock shelves as needed, and keep the store tidy
Process transactions and manage payments
Assist with inventory management and support in stock taking activities
Adhere to store policies, procedures, and safety standard
Requirements:
5 days work week including weekend (44 hours rotating shift)
Previous experience in retail or customer service role is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and remain efficient during busy periods
Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
What We Offer:
Basic salary: $2,200 + VB + commission
Overtime pay + attractive incentives:
Personal commission
Shop target bonus
8 hours per day, excluding meal breaks, based on roster.
