Job Description

As a Cloud DevSecOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps solutions within AWS environments. You will work closely with cross-functional agile teams to support cloud operations, automate infrastructure deployment, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high availability, reliability, and security of cloud services. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, scripting, and cloud technologies, while continuously improving operational processes and adhering to client technology standards and best practices.

What Will You Do?

Cloud Infrastructure & Operations

• Setup, implement, maintain, and support AWS cloud infrastructure and services
• Monitor, tune, patch, and upgrade production cloud systems
• Manage and maintain AMI and Auto Scaling Group (ASG) configurations
• Improve cloud resource utilization, tagging, governance, budgeting, and reporting

DevSecOps & Automation

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
• Automate infrastructure deployment to improve operational efficiency and reduce deployment time
• Support DevSecOps practices across project delivery and infrastructure management

Solution Architecture & Engineering

• Architect and develop technical solutions aligned with project and client requirements
• Configure and integrate development, testing, and deployment tools
• Solve complex technical issues independently and collaboratively

Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Work within agile, cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery
• Review and improve operational processes based on industry best practices
• Ensure implementations comply with client technology standards and policies
• Document technical processes and operational procedures

Continuous Learning & Support

• Stay updated on cloud technologies, emerging trends, and software development best practices
• Provide technical support and operational management for implemented cloud services

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

Mandatary Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant IT experience in Cloud/DevSecOps environments
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud infrastructure management
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline implementation
• Strong scripting/programming knowledge in Python, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, or similar
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, cloud concepts, and automation practices
• Experience with development and collaboration tools such as Git, Maven, Gradle, Bamboo, and Jenkins
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in agile and cross-functional teams

Good to Have

• Experience building cloud-native applications using Python or Node.js
• In-depth networking knowledge within cloud environments
• AWS or Azure cloud-related technical certifications

Education Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information
