Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Consultant at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Sales Consultant will engage prospective and existing clients to understand their needs across the financial, HR, education, and health and wellness verticals, and present Insight Genesis solutions that address those needs. Day-to-day activities include conducting product demos, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role also involves maintaining regular follow-ups, gathering client feedback, and working closely with product and marketing to refine value propositions and messaging. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and representing the company at virtual events and meetings.

  • Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate AI-driven solutions.
  • Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, including managing expectations and supporting long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales, ideally in AI, data analytics, fintech, HR tech, edtech, or health tech sectors.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple opportunities in a structured pipeline.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and basic sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated interest in financial inclusion, workforce development, education, or digital health is a plus.
