Your Mission

To lead and develop the engineering function across APAC, driving engineering excellence, standardization, and innovation.

You will ensure strong alignment between global strategy and regional execution while building a high-performing engineering organization.

How You Will Make a Difference

• You will lead and develop the regional engineering team and build strong capabilities
• You will drive engineering strategy and standardization across APAC
• You will enhance technical excellence and innovation to support business growth
• You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Global Engineering
• You will develop talent pipelines, including coaching, training and succession planning
• You will ensure effective support to all market segments (OEM, Service, Safety)
  

What You Should Be Good At

• Strong leadership experience in engineering or technical environments
• Deep understanding of engineering processes and technical solutions
• Communicate and ensure use of global standards, policies and tools
• Experience in regional/global roles within a matrix organization
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive team development and capability building
• Willingness to travel across APAC
