Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Support daily logistics operations by performing hands-on tasks such as picking, packing, and sorting goods, while managing inventory tracking, coordinating orders and deliveries, and maintaining accurate system records.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and sort goods accurately to fulfill operational needs
• Conduct stock checks and track inventory levels to ensure availability and accuracy
• Update and maintain records using Excel and operational systems for data accuracy
• Coordinate orders and deliveries to support timely logistics flow
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support daily operations
• Will need to standby 24/7 for urgent shipment if needed
• Night shift requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in basic computer skills including Excel and data entry to manage records
• Physically capable of lifting and moving items to handle logistics tasks safely
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet operational demands
• Responsible and eager to learn to adapt to evolving job requirements
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
