Role Overview:

We are searching for a highly experienced backend engineer to design and scale our RWA

and DeFi platform. This role involves building critical systems for trading, blockchain

integrations, and complex financial calculations at scale. The ideal candidate thrives under

pressure, delivers production-grade code, and can expertly navigate the rapidly evolving

RWA ecosystem. You will collaborate directly with our CTO to develop robust, scalable

microservices that trade, yield management, and token distribution systems, processing

millions in daily volume.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Platform Development:

Build and maintain high-performance Node.js microservices for trading

engines, order management, and settlement systems.

Implement real-time WebSocket APIs for live price feeds, order updates, and

portfolio synchronization.

Design scalable pub/sub architectures using Google Cloud Pub/Sub for

event-driven workflows.

Develop sophisticated matching engines for orders and automated market

making.

Blockchain & DeFi Integration:

Integrate with various blockchain networks (Ethereum & Solana) using

Web3.js and custom RPC clients.

Construct smart contract interaction layers for token swaps, liquidity provision,

and reward distribution.

Implement secure wallet management, transaction signing, and gas

optimization strategies.

Financial Systems & Risk Management:

Develop P&L calculation engines & risk management systems

Implement real-time portfolio rebalancing and margin calculation systems.

Create audit trails and compliance reporting for financial regulations.

Performance & Scalability:

Optimize database queries and implement Redis caching strategies for

sub-10ms response times.

Design horizontal scaling patterns to handle over 100+ concurrent users.

Implement circuit breakers, rate limiting, and graceful degradation for

production reliability.

Build comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and observability systems.
