Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced AWS Solutions Architect / Contact Center AI Engineer to design and implement cloud-based customer engagement solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS AI services.
Location: UOA Business Park
Employment Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
• Design & deploy Amazon Connect contact center solutions
• Implement Contact Lens, conversational AI, and speech analytics
• Integrate CRM, ticketing systems, and third-party platforms
• Develop automation workflows using AWS Lambda, API Gateway & DevOps practices
• Work closely with clients on CX transformation initiatives and solution architecture
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect implementation
• Knowledge in IVR, CTI, call routing, and contact center operations
• Experience with AWS AI services (Lex, Polly, Transcribe, Comprehend)
• Familiar with Python, Node.js, Terraform, CloudFormation, or CI/CD
• AWS certifications are an added advantage
