Responsibilities:
Administrative Supervisor (1 Headcount)
- Oversee the overall process of the Annual Financial Declaration (AFD) exercise.
- Manage and coordinate the AFD team to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor and update overall progress of AFD submissions.
- Track and ensure timely declaration submissions by all personnel.
- Verify and ensure vetted declarations are accurately updated in the e-HR system.
Administrative Assistant (2 Headcounts)
- Handle data processing, cleaning, verification, and uploading tasks.
- Download and process FormSG data and upload into e-HR using Excel.
- Manage declarers and vetters emails - convert to PDF and upload into eDoc.
- Support overall administrative functions related to the AFD exercise.
The Talent
Administrative Supervisor
- Diploma holder with prior experience in team coordination or administrative management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT applications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines and oversee multiple tasks.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency is required - e.g., Pivot Table and VLOOKUP for data cleaning purposes.
Administrative Assistant
- O Levels / N Levels / NITEC qualification or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Meticulous and organized, with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling data entry, document processing, and digital uploads.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency is required - e.g., Pivot Table and VLOOKUP for data cleaning purposes.
