Job Description
Provide technical and application support to End User Computing products on deployment and parts replacement
Knowledge in maintenance services of computer network, PCs/notebooks, printers & peripherals
Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email
Directing & manage all operational aspects, including customer service, human resources and administration
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
Requirements
At least a Diploma holder
Must have an interest in IT
Comfortable in travelling around, as on-site work at the client's location is required.
