About the Role 

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and commercially minded Creative QC & Client Servicing Lead to act as the critical bridge between clients and creative execution. 

This is a high-impact hybrid role that combines brand guardianship, client management, creative direction, and operational leadership into one complete suite. You will function as both the final quality gatekeeper for all creative output and the trusted strategic advisor to clients—ensuring work is not only visually strong, but aligned to business objectives and executed at speed. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Creative Quality Control & Brand Custody 

• Rigorously quality check all design, copy, and campaign assets before delivery 
• Own and enforce brand guidelines across visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice 
• Ensure all creative outputs meet high standards of accuracy, consistency, and craft 
• Maintain strong attention to detail across fast-moving and high-volume deliverables 

2. Client Servicing & Account Management 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships 
• Manage expectations, timelines, feedback cycles, and stakeholder communications effectively 
• Align creative execution with broader business and marketing objectives 
• Provide proactive recommendations and strategic guidance to clients 

3. Strategic Briefing & Creative Pushback 

• Take, interpret, and translate complex client briefs into actionable creative direction 
• Challenge ambiguous, unrealistic, or misaligned requests confidently and professionally 
• Protect creative quality, team bandwidth, and delivery timelines through clear prioritization and expectation management 
• Ensure briefs are strategically sound before entering production

4. Team Leadership & Creative Navigation 

• Lead and collaborate with agile teams of designers, copywriters, and content creators 
• Provide clear direction and feedback to keep execution sharp, on-brand, and on-brief 
• Foster strong collaboration between creative, strategy, and servicing functions 
• Help maintain high morale and accountability within a fast-paced environment 

5. Operational Efficiency & Workflow Optimization 

• Drive speed and efficiency without compromising creative standards 
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, approval processes, and asset production systems 
• Improve operational clarity across project management and delivery pipelines 
• Support scalable ways of working for high-volume content and campaign execution 

Requirements 

• 5–8+ years of experience in client servicing, creative operations, brand management, or agency account leadership 
• Strong understanding of branding, creative development, and content execution 
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong QC capabilities across copy and design 
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously 
• Confident communicator with the ability to push back strategically and constructively 
• Experience working in fast-paced agency, social, or content production environments 

Nice to Have 

• Experience managing integrated campaigns across digital and social platforms 
• Familiarity with project management and workflow tools 
• Background in content production, creative strategy, or performance-driven creative environments 
• Experience handling regional or multi-brand accounts
