As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Infrastructure Security Engineer to ensure the security and reliability of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and executing the IT strategy for Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, ensuring alignment with current and future business needs and objectives.
• Lead and manage key IT projects such as infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and security improvements by maximizing the use of existing IT resources and implementing new technologies.
• Oversee the security and robustness of IT infrastructure and system security including servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments, ensuring protection against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Create and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect against threats. Lead efforts in identifying and assessing IT security incidents and breaches, developing risk mitigation, evaluating countermeasures and recommending effective controls to mitigate IT risks.
• Develop, implement, and manage IT policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards, all audit controls and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Identify and assess new technologies to enhance the organization’s security posture and infrastructure performance, therefore gaining a competitive advantage for the overall business.
• Lead efforts to continuously improve IT processes, security protocols, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with other departments and third-party services to ensure the security and compliance standards are met across all business functions.
• Any ad hoc task as assigned from time to time.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Networking/ Information Technology (IT) or equivalent from reputable university.
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of network security protocols, firewalls, and security tools (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus).
• Experience with risk management, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
• Familiarity with financial industry regulations and cybersecurity standards will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
