Job Responsibilities

• Study current company workflows and identify areas that can be improved with AI or automation
• Research, test, and implement suitable AI tools for different departments
• Create AI-assisted workflows for customer service, marketing, HR, operations, and e-commerce
• Develop prompt libraries, templates, and simple SOPs for internal team usage
• Train staff on how to use AI tools effectively in their daily work
• Monitor latest AI trends, tools, and industry best practices
• Track productivity improvements, operational efficiency, and time-saving results after implementation
• Assist in automating reporting, content creation, meeting summaries, and internal processes
• Work together with teams to ensure AI solutions are practical and easy to use

Job Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in AI implementation, automation, digital transformation, operations improvement, or related fields
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, or similar platforms
• Basic knowledge of prompt engineering and no-code automation tools
• Familiar with Google Workspace, Excel, or Google Sheets
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fast learner with interest in new technology and AI trends
• Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
• Hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused mindset
• Ability to simplify complex processes into practical solutions

Bonus Skills (Added Advantage)

• Experience with Zapier, Make. com, Python, or API integrations
• Familiar with Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or e-commerce systems
• Experience using AI video, design, or content generation tools
• Knowledge in process optimization or productivity tracking
