Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to support sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential business opportunities and emerging trends.
• Promote the company’s products and services to both existing and prospective customers.
• Analyse customer needs and business objectives, and propose tailored solutions to support their growth and increase sales.
• Develop, execute, and monitor business development strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Prepare presentations, sales proposals, and maintain up-to-date sales materials and product knowledge.
• Compile and submit regular reports on sales activities, progress, follow-ups, closures, and performance against targets.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant working experience in a related field is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive, and creative, with strong multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently as required.
