Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts and responsible for smooth month-end closing, monthly reports, and other financial matters.

• To manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions and ensure accuracy and integrity.

• Manage company’s inventory purchase to ensure accurate and up to date.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and supporting schedules.

• Responsible for cash flow forecasts and highlight funding or collection needs early.

• Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s e-invoicing requirements and support the implementation and submission of e-invoice processes in line with LHDN guidelines.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bank, and government authorities when required.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least, Diploma in Accounting or Finance.

2. Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting or relevant field.

3. Familiar with SQL Accounting Software will be added advantage.

4. Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking China Suppliers.
