About the role
CoE Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the company.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Maintaining accurate records and reconciling accounts
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Providing support to the finance and operations teams as needed
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounts or administrative role
Strong numerical skills and proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
