Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and systems.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and password-related requests.
Perform system updates, backups, and antivirus administration.
Maintain IT asset inventory, technical documentation, and incident logs.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security best practices.
Support business-related technology projects, including advertising systems, card payment terminals, DuitNow, e-wallet integrations, and other digital initiatives.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously enhance technical knowledge.
Provide support for the daily operations of the IT Department.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and email platforms.
Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral device support.
Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and provide effective user support.
Possess own transportation and a valid driving licence for on-site support when required.
Added Advantages
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Alibaba Cloud.
Knowledge of mobile device support and management.
Basic cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
Experience supporting Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 environments.
Working Conditions
Required to provide occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency support when necessary.
