岗位职责

Job Purpose

To provide assistance to walk-in customers and to answer telephone queries.

To provide Financial Advisor assistance in terms of administrative matters to

ensure the smooth flow of branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Provide satisfactory service and answer enquiries regarding client

services.

Attend incoming calls, remind customers of appointments, and arrange

new advisory sessions.

Ensure customers complete QR walk-in details and possess necessary

documents before meeting counselors.

Assist customers with CCRIS reports (printing and e-CCRIS activation)

and explain contents if needed.

Guide customers in creating emails for DMP enrolment and generating

letters/certificates (e.g., Rumahku, SSB).

Handle enquiries from Financial Institutions and customers regarding

account status or DMP applications.

Register customer details in the customer portal.

Reports and Statistics:

Scan and email bank-in slips for book sales to the Finance and Reporting

Department.

Email monthly statistical reports to HQ.

Submit monthly meter reading reports to Toshiba and monitor monthly

Pest Control and service reports.

Branch Operations:

Maintain office equipment and ensure sufficient supplies (paper, water,

toner, stationery). Monitor and renew fire protection and local authority licenses.

Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and secure

quotations for branch purchases.

Administration & Others:

Support consumer education initiatives to enhance financial literacy.

Manage filing (physical and digital), prepare manual attendance reports,

and manage the reception counter.

Update off-site Financial Advisory shared folders and send

utility/maintenance bills to HQ for payment.

Engage in self-improvement training and execute other assignments as

requested by management.

Requirements

Skills: Must possess strong communication, organization, and analytical skills

with a quantitative inclination.

Aptitude: Must be mature, confident, and compassionate, as customers are

often in distressed conditions.

Experience: While not essential, previous experience in recovery,

rehabilitation, or collection functions is desirable
