Full job descriptionKey Responsibilities1. Delivery & Fleet Coordination
Track and update vehicle GPS locations in real time.
Monitor fuel usage and prepare petrol claims.
Ensure proper documentation for all deliveries, including invoices and delivery orders (DO).
Coordinate with drivers and logistic teams to optimize delivery schedules.
2. Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain and update delivery records, invoices, and customer receipts.
Ensure proper filing of vehicle maintenance records, insurance, and road tax renewals.
Prepare reports on fleet usage, fuel consumption, and delivery performance.
3. Customer Service & Communication
Act as a point of contact for customers regarding delivery updates and complaints.
Communicate with warehouse and sales teams to align logistics operations with business needs.
Handle customer inquiries related to product deliveries and ensure prompt issue resolution.
4. Compliance & SOP Adherence
Ensure drivers and staff follow SOPs, including proper attire (shoes/boots) and loading/unloading protocols.
Monitor adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
Assist in preparing warning letters and reports for non-compliance incidents.
5. Inventory & Crate Management
Track and manage crate returns to prevent shortages and losses.
Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure accurate stock movement records.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
