Strategic Communication and Branding:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to strengthen brand positioning in the property consulting industry.

  • Craft and maintain brand messaging to ensure consistency across all communication channels.

Public Relations and Media Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry publications.

  • Create and distribute press releases, case studies, and thought leadership articles related to property trends.

  • Manage media inquiries, interviews, and speaking opportunities for company executives.

Content Creation and Brand Storytelling:

  • Develop high-quality content, brochures, social media posts, and video scripts, focused on property insights and branding narratives.

  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and visual identity.

Internal Communications and Employer Branding:

  • Design internal communication programs to engage employees and promote brand advocacy.

  • Collaborate with HR to enhance employer branding, attracting top talent in property consulting.

Digital Branding and Social Media Strategy:

  • Manage digital communication channels, including social media, email marketing, and the corporate website.

  • Develop social media campaigns that highlight property success stories and client testimonials.

  • Implement SEO strategies to enhance brand visibility and online reputation.

Event Management and Brand Activation:

  • Organize company events, networking sessions, and industry conferences.

  • Plan and execute brand activation campaigns during career fairs and property exhibitions

Crisis Communication and Reputation Management:

  • Create crisis communication strategies to handle negative publicity related to property deals or market fluctuations.

  • Monitor brand sentiment and respond to public feedback on digital platforms.

Job Requirement 

  • Degree holder with minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Communications. 

  • A degree in Marketing, Media Studies or Communications would be advantageous.

  • Experience in a marketing and communications role within the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to brand positioning

  • Good networking and relationship-building abilities

  • Proficient in Power Point and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Established media contacts with proven expertise in social media / digital marketing.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and able to work well under pressure.

  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.

  • Proactive with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
