HABIB Group Hiring! Full Time Audit Officer in WP Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team. If you enjoy problem-solving, working across different locations, and gaining exposure to business operations, this role is for you!

Job Description:

• Review and ensure the accuracy of financial and operational records across branches

• Evaluate internal controls, policies, and processes to enhance efficiency

• Identify risks and recommend practical solutions to strengthen operations

• Conduct audits and prepare clear, insightful reports for management

• Support compliance efforts and help improve internal control systems

Branch & Operational Exposure

• Perform stock checks and verify inventory discrepancies at branches

• Visit branches across Klang Valley and outstation locations

• Gain hands-on exposure to company products (e.g. pawn items, gold types)

Financial & Compliance Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly cash audits with the audit team

• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to compliance standards

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma/Degree holders are encouraged to apply)

• 1–2 years of audit or related experience preferred (fresh graduate’s welcome!)

• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Willing to travel and work on-site at branches

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical and report-writing skills

• Possess own transport (car)

• Malaysian citizens only
