1. FAT & Pre-FAT Document Preparation

2. FAT Report Compilation Accuracy

3. Document Revision Control

4. GV Trace Update Monitoring

5. Digital Form Update & Maintenance

6. QR Code Verification & Monitoring

7. QR Code Traceability Compliance

8. Document Filing & Retrieval

9. ISO/QMS Documentation Support

10. Pre-FAT/FAT Documentation Follow-up

Job Requirements:

(a) Education

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, Information Management, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

(b) Knowledge & Skills

• Basic understanding of document control and records management.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with digital forms, databases, and document management systems is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organizational and filing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

(c) Personal Attributes

• Detail-oriented and systematic.

• Willing to learn and adapt to new processes.

• Responsible and able to work independently.

• Good teamwork and coordination skills.

• Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.

(d) Preferred (Added Advantage)

• Exposure to ISO 9001 documentation requirements.

• Experience in handling technical documents, quality reports, FAT, Pre-FAT, or SAT documentation.

• Knowledge of QR code systems and digital document control.
