Recruitment & Talent Development Supervisor

Klang, Malaysia

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Recruitment & Talent Development Supervisor to support the company’s talent acquisition and employee development initiatives.

This role is responsible for managing recruitment activities, tracking employee performance, coordinating KPI reviews, organizing training programs, and supporting internal team engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment processes, understand the current talent market, and be able to work closely with different departments to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring follow-up.

• Develop and manage recruitment channels such as JobStreet, social media, referrals, and other talent platforms.

• Understand the current talent market trends and recommend strategies to attract suitable candidates.

• Work closely with department heads and retail managers to identify hiring needs and manpower planning.

Employee Performance & KPI

• Track and monitor employee performance and KPI progress across departments.

• Assist management in reviewing employee KPI evaluations and performance reports.

• Support department heads in improving team performance and productivity.

Training & Development

• Plan and organize staff training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

• Coordinate onboarding training for new employees.

• Support the development of training materials and learning initiatives.

Team Engagement & Culture

• Organize staff engagement activities, team-building events, and internal programs to strengthen company culture.

• Support HR initiatives that enhance team collaboration, motivation, and workplace environment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in HR, recruitment, or talent development roles

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent market trends

• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work with multiple departments

• Able to read and write Mandarin and English. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
