Job Description
Assist the Human Resource Executive in the day to day Administration / HR Functions.
To liaise with government department or local authorities in regard with employment matter, or any.
Update employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record by daily and weekly. Keeping track of employees, attendance / absenteeism and report to HR Manager.
Prepare monthly statistics report for attendance, leave application, OT and medical expenses.
Assist in Payroll Management
To manage employee disciplinary matters and able to advice on appropriate disciplinary action to be taken commensurate to the misconduct committed.
To manage the overall execution of the training needs including Training Plan, administering HRDF claims, collating the training evaluation to ensure effectiveness of training.
To responsible for staff welfare and insurance (GHL & GPA) include medical claims, if any.
Assist to establish and maintain good relationships between employer and employees.
Responsible handling in security issues of the company, monitor security guard's attendance and clocking record to maintain company safety.
Administer the repairs and maintenance of company's building and equipment.
Maintaining good 5S housekeeping.
To handle and control for monthly stationary.
Any other jobs that assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
