To check the visitors or vehicles when they leave the factory.

To serve the visitors and enquiry the purpose of the visitors and to contact the person concerns or acknowledges to superior.

To retrain the identification of the visitors (Badge, IC , Name Card & etc) and update the IC number into Vendor Entrance Record through the Easy Flow (e-flow) except for Distinguish Guest (VVIP)

To ensure the person concerns have raise the Vendor Entrance Form before allow vendor enter to company premises.

To audit the entire item as listed in the daily security guard checklist.

To ensure all the CCTV in good condition. Once have any no function must immediate report to security officer.

To record daily activity in communication log book.
