Job Requirements

Inbound Operations

• Responsible for ensuring timely availability of feedstock to avoid delays or plant stoppages.

• Develop and maintain a strong supplier and transporter network through effective supplier management practices.

• Ensure required quality feedstock is available for plant consumption and take necessary corrective or recovery actions where applicable.

Outbound Operations

• Monitor animal feed sales, buyer collections, dispatches, and transportation arrangements, including external storage if required.

• Ensure all bulk and SFD deliveries are executed efficiently, on time, and with zero in-transit losses in accordance with customer agreements.

• Maintain strict quality compliance prior to dispatch.

Weighbridge Management

• Oversee efficient weighbridge operations, including periodic calibration, audits, and monitoring of discrepancies or malpractices in inbound and outbound cargo.

• Ensure proper reconciliation of feed materials received against contracts and take action to recover any discrepancies or dues.

Qualification & Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration.

• 5–10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment.

• Experience managing both inbound (raw materials) and outbound (finished goods) operations.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including warehouse staff, drivers, and planners.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
