Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture or LAM Part 2 equivalent

• Five (3) to Eight (8) years of working experience in commercial and residential projects

• Experienced in project implementation and contract administration

• Involved in Design stage up to CPC and CCC

• Well versed in PAM Contract, UBBL and relevant authority requirements

• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD and Sketch-up.  Additional knowledge in rendering software like Enscape, Lumion etc is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• To assist the Directors in leading project implementation and contract administration

• Chairing Client-Consultant Meeting and Technical Coordination Meeting

• To coordinate with other Consultants, Main Contractor and other parties to solve design related issues and Site matters

• To lead in production of Design Development Drawings, Tender Drawings and Construction Drawings with the team

• Able to do design presentation is an advantage
