Responsibilities
Logistic Executive is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain department in managing customer orders, delivery coordination, logistics arrangements, and inventory tracking to ensure smooth customer service operations and on-time deliveries.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries related to purchase orders, shipment deliveries, inventory availability, label status and quality-related matters.
Receive and process customer purchase orders and coordinate closely with Production, Planning and Warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
Plan and arrange local and export deliveries, including transportation bookings and shipment follow-ups.
Monitor daily production output and finished goods inventory to support delivery planning and customer requirements.
Prepare and process customer-related documentation such as Credit Notes (CN), Debit Notes (DN), invoices, and price list updates.
Share invoices and shipment-related documents with customers promptly and accurately.
Coordinate and follow up on returnable packaging materials and pallet returns from customers.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
Support resolution of delivery, logistics, and customer service issues to maintain good customer relationships.
Ensure all customer orders and transactions are updated accurately in the Oracle system.
Education/Academic Background:
Minimum Diploma or Degree holder in Business Management, Logistic or related field
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Sales Support within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge & Skill:
Experience in coordinating deliveries, transportation, and customer order fulfilment.
Familiar with inventory monitoring and customer documentation processes.
Proficient with Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of Oracle ERP or other manufacturing ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
Customer-focused with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Good coordination skills and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proactive in resolving issues and ensuring timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
