-Manage the day to day activities of HR & Admin Department
-Responsible in monthly Production payroll processing.
-Handle foreign workers' matters including employment permit application, recruitment process, renewing foreign worker visa, payment of Levy, FOMEMA, SKHPPA, exit procedure, worker accommodation application, and changes in rules on foreign workers.
-To involve in full internal and external audits cycle and cooperate with the auditors to ensure the audit objective to be achieved.
-Responsible for conducting new employee orientation and employees on boarding and off-boarding workflows.
-Experience in handle any issue raise up from government department, HRDF Application & Claims.
-Liaise with local authorities such as Immigration, JTK, DOSH & etc, including renewal, application or submission of relevant reports or documentation related to those external parties.
-Prepare HR-related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirement and HR practice such as employment contract, confirmation letter, warning letter, termination letter, memo, notice, policy and etc.
-Assist in overall recruitment process in job postings, coordinating for interviews.
-Perform any other ad-hod duties as assigned.
