Loob Holding Hiring! Full Time E-Commerce Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

Loob Holding is seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Executive to join our E-Commerce team. Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily platform operations, executing campaigns, planning livestreams, coordinating affiliates, and ensuring strong platform performance across all online channels.

Responsibilities

E-commerce operations

• Manage daily operations on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and *************

• Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, bundles, and visuals

• Monitor platform performance and optimise sales conversion strategies

Livestream & campaign execution

• Plan and execute livestream schedules, host management, and KPI tracking (GMV, conversion, engagement)

• Support platform campaigns, mega sales, and product launches

• Coordinate vouchers, bundles, and traffic-driving activities with marketing and creative teams

Affiliate & stock management

• Coordinate with enablers and affiliates to increase product exposure and track activation progress

• Monitor stock levels and conduct demand forecasting across all platforms

• Liaise with supply chain and warehouse to ensure healthy stock availability

Reporting & stakeholder management

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

• Liaise with marketplace representatives, agencies, and internal departments

Requirements

• Strong understanding of e-commerce and social commerce platforms

• Knowledge of livestream operations and/or affiliate marketing

• Analytical skills with attention to detail; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced FMCG environment

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign mechanics
