-Manage and process monthly payroll within deadlines.
-Handle employee incentive calculations and incentive administration
-Coordinate recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding processes.
-Manage renewal processes for foreigner worker permits and passports
-Handle renewal of company licenses and ensure all statutory requirements are updated accordingly.
-Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for HR and administrative records.
-Prepare and manage HR-related reports, letters, and official documents.
-Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal procedures.
