The Mission:

We're scaling Growth Valley to the next level — and we need a forward-thinking tech builder to drive AI integration, lead AI-aided system development, and eliminate boring, legacy SOPs. You won't just maintain our infrastructure — you'll actively upgrade how the entire company operates. Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Integration & Upgrades — research, test, and deploy AI tools and pipelines to automate internal company SOPs

• AI-Aided System Development — use AI tools to accelerate internal system development, code generation, and rapid prototyping

• System Control — manage and optimise Microsoft 365, internal custom tools, and access controls

• Platform Operations — support and maintain core internal platforms (CRM, marketing platforms, surveys, eCommerce tools)

• IT Support — provide sharp first-level troubleshooting for internal hardware, software, and systems used by the team

• Documentation & Requirements — gather requirements, identify operational bottlenecks early, and create clean, simple user guides for system improvements

• Live Events — assist with hardware and software setup for live streams and live events (occasional late hours, compensated with OT or replacement leave)

Who We're Looking For:

• AI Curious — you love figuring out how systems work and eagerly test unfamiliar tech, APIs, and AI automation tools

• Self-Driven — independent, proactive, and doesn't need reminders to finish tasks

• Fast-Paced — comfortable troubleshooting on the fly in a high-energy team environment

• Language Skill — Mandarin is preferred, as the role supports clients and users who communicate in Mandarin

Basic Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field — fresh graduates are welcome

• Solid grasp of basic computer operations, Microsoft 365, and Excel

• The X-Factor: experience or strong interest in AI prompting, automation tools (Zapier, Make, GitHub Copilot), CRM, or streaming tools
