We are actively building an AI-powered operations team. We need a General Operations Executive who is reliable, hands-on, and ready to grow with us.

This is a hands-on operations role that keeps our day-to-day running smoothly. You’ll handle logistics and coordination — managing shipments, getting books and learning materials out to our students, and supporting the team with whatever operational tasks come up. If you’re organised, dependable, and like staying busy, you’ll fit right in. Fresh graduates are welcome, and full training is provided.

• Manage day-to-day logistics and coordination to keep operations running smoothly

• Handle shipments — packing, dispatching, and tracking deliveries

• Send books and learning materials to students accurately and on time

• Keep stock, inventory, and delivery records organised and up to date

• Liaise with couriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve any delivery issues

• Assist with various operational and administrative tasks as needed

• Fresh graduates are welcome — full training provided; attitude and reliability matter more than experience

• Diploma or above in any field

• Organised, detail-oriented, and dependable

• Comfortable being hands-on — packing, lifting, and moving stock when needed

• Able to multitask and stay calm when things get busy

• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, and tracking tools)

• Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
