Responsibilities
JOB SCOPE
Calculate staff commissions, ads costing, and manage the company’s Profit & Loss (P&L).
Manage orders, parcels, customer CRM, and the Bizapp system.
Handle stock forecasting, inventory costing, and monitor in-transit stock from China.
Prepare monthly reports using Microsoft Excel (Marketer, COGS, Inventory & Non-moving Stock).
Manage e-Invoices and Ninja Van claims such as damaged parcels, unsuccessful deliveries, and lost parcels.
Update marketer codes and ensure all data and records are accurate and well-organized.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor in Finance/Business/ or related fileds
Minimum 2 years working experience
Expert in Microsoft Excel
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Excellent communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
