About the role
We are seeking an experienced Admin/Accounts professional to join our team in Klang, Selangor on a full-time basis. This role combines administrative and accounting functions, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our business. You will be at the heart of our administrative operations, providing essential support to ensure our company runs efficiently whilst managing key financial and organisational tasks. This position reports to the management team and plays a crucial role in maintaining the administrative and financial integrity of the organisation.
Key responsibilities
Managing day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, filing and record-keeping
Processing and reconciling invoices, receipts and financial documentation
Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of task
Handling general enquiries and providing administrative support to customers
Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative and accounting support role, ideally 2+ years in a similar position
Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanour and discretion when handling confidential information
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in finance and administration
