Ensure product quality meets food legislation and legality requirements by conducting daily inspections (including for local and export markets).

Ensure products being produced meet customer requirements.

Responsible for handling non-conforming products and following up on customer complaints.

Ensure production practices comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Verify actions taken by production personnel regarding customer complaints and provide feedback to superiors regularly.

Conduct investigations with the production team when issues arise.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Diploma / Degree

Preferable 2 years of relevant working experience
