Promote and sell Rigel sanitary ware products and kitchen appliances/kitchen ware products

Attend to walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products

Provide product information, features, and benefits clearly to customers

Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and company goals

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally

Maintain good product display, cleanliness, and merchandising in showroom/store

Assist in stock arrangement, inventory checking, and receiving goods

Follow up with customers on quotations, enquiries, and sales leads

Support sales team in daily operations and promotional activities

Minimum SPM or equivalent

Preferably 1 year experience in sales / retail / sanitary ware / building materials

Experience in sanitary ware, kitchen ware, or home improvement products is an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service oriented and willing to learn

Able to work in a team and independently

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage

Must be responsible, punctual, and hardworking

Basic salary + commission + incentives

Training provided (product knowledge & sales skills)
