Role Summary

Responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of all Famsy retail outlets and kiosks across Klang Valley. This role will drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, standardize SOPs, manage outlet profitability, and identify opportunities for retail partnerships, events, and pop-up activations.

• Oversee daily operations of all retail outlets and kiosks.

• Drive sales performance and achievement of outlet targets.

• Develop, implement, and improve retail SOPs and processes.

• Monitor outlet KPIs, customer experience, and operational standards.

• Manage outlet profitability and review P&L performance.

• Identify and secure retail partnerships, events, roadshows, and pop-up opportunities.

• Lead and support outlet teams to ensure consistent execution and service standards.

• Prepare regular sales, operations, and performance reports.

• 3–5 years' experience in retail operations, multi-outlet management, or retail business development.

• Strong operational, commercial, and people management skills.

• Able to work independently and drive business growth.
