Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for Project Sales Executive to join us!

  • 5.5 day work week (Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, Sat 8.30am-1.00pm)

  • Basic Salary + Fixed Allowances + Car/Travel related Allowances + Commission

Job Description

  • Develop business opportunities with project target prospects Developers, architects, QS&  project specifiers, architect, consultants, contractors) to build business relationship and close sales.

  • Delivery quotations, proposals and all kind of document preparations with tiles and sanitary wares & fittings sample board for presentation purpose.

  • To achieve Personal Sales Target & KPI set by company.

  • Coordinating with various internal and external departments to get things done efficiently and promptly.

  • Invite potential customer to showroom to view the product collection.

  • Plan approaches and presentation with potential clients to develop proposals and to close sales.

  • Handle payment collections by monitoring on customer ageing and work closely with account for late payment customer action.

  • Attends necessary after sales & services matter by working together with TQA to resolve customer matter efferently and promptly.

  • Report and do all other task instructed by superior.

Job Requirement 

  • Degree in Sales representative field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in building material industrial

  • Mature & Confidence - positive thinking, feeling sure of oneself and your abilities

  • Patience - take a moment to step back from a situation to assess

  • Perseverance & motivation - keep going on in spite of obstacles

  • Commercial awareness - know your competitors, understand the economic environment, keep up to date with new product in the market, and changes impact customer

  • Excellent interpersonal skills - teamwork, responsibility, dependability, flexibility, patience motivation and leadership

  • Positive working attitude

  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
