About the role

As the HR Manager at DESOL SDN BHD', you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's talent strategy and driving the overall HR agenda. Based in Selangor, this full-time position will see you leading a dynamic HR team and partnering closely with the business to deliver best-in-class people management solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programmes that support the company's strategic objectives

• Provide expert advice and guidance to the leadership team on all HR-related matters

• Lead and inspire the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance

• Spearhead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention

• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR innovation and digital transformation

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record of success in a managerial role

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

• Demonstrated expertise in HR best practices, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations, particularly in the Malaysian context

• Proficient in using HR technology and data-driven decision-making

• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
