Job Description

Responsibilities

1.  Daily print bank statement for verifying.

2.  Prepares payment by verifying documentation.

3. Analyzing overhead & expenses cost.

4. Follow up outstanding customer by phone or email.

5. Preparing debtors aging report.

6. Document creditors transaction (invoice) by entering account information.

7. Arranging creditors payment.

8. Summarize current financial status by collecting information.

9. Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement.

10. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents

11. Prepares asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing.

12. Daily posting invoice to account.

13. Manage statement company before 7th every month.

14. Reconciliation bank - monthly.

15. Check sales claim form - monthly.

16. Preparing report sales before 7th every month.

17. Preparing summary collection & expenses before 7th every month.

18. Preparing payment for vendor.

19. Monitor payment from customer and deptors.

20. Prepare and present monthly budget to superior.

21. Bank book - received & prepare payment.

22. Deal with handphone if have any invoice/charges.

23. Key in transaction system.

24. Filing.

25. Refund deposit return to customers within 5 working days.

26. Update bank book & petty cash book.

27. Prepare invoice for all confirm orders.

28. Prepare debit note for lost items and other extra charges.

29. Do collection of sales within 2 month period.

30. Assist all executive.
