Responsibilities
- Assist manufacturing engineers in analyzing and improving production processes
- Support daily manufacturing operations, including line setup, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Collect, analyze, and report production data to identify efficiency and quality improvement opportunities
- Assist in developing and updating work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen projects
- Participate in root cause analysis for manufacturing issues and assist in implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, and Maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
