Service Advisor (Automotive)

• Customer liaison & service consultation
• Coordinate with workshop & technicians
• Job updates, approvals & after-service follow-up.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Automotive/Business or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in automotive service industry is preferred.

Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and problem solving mindset.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid Driving license.
