About the role

This full-time Sales Manager position at Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru' offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales and build strong relationships with key clients. Based in Johor Bahru Johor, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet ambitious revenue targets.

What you'll be doing

• Implement targeted sales action plans in line with the hotel’s marketing strategy.
• Manage and grow corporate accounts, providing regular updates to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Conduct daily sales calls, arrange familiarization trips, and host site inspections for clients.
• Actively source new business opportunities through sales visits and networking.
• Maintain consistent follow-up on all leads, projects, and assigned duties, ensuring timely reporting.
• Negotiate effectively to maximise profit across all revenue streams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following - Hospitality Management/ Business Administration / Marketing / Tourism Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales, with 2 years in a managerial or supervisor capacity.
• Proven experience handling corporate accounts, MICE, Travel & Tours and event organizers.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent spoken and written English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with regional market trends.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a result-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in using office equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
