Responsibilities
Job Scope:
· As the title of the position goes, do expects to make calls daily.
· Source new sales opportunities through follow-up and outbound cold calls
· Present, promote and explain our services to generate sales interest.
· Identify and qualify potential leads through engaging conversations.
· Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
· Keep records of calls and sales record useful information.
· Keep to send email or reach out to potential customer through digital method such as messenger, etc.
· Maintain good after sales service to existing customers.
· Meet or exceed monthly cold call target and appointment target (account servicing team will go for appointment)
· Able to identify competitors and identify advantages as well as disadvantages of their services.
· Asist any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
· Provide feedback to the account service team on customer responses and suggestions.
· Participate in ongoing training and skill
· Company will not provide leads. Must be able to find the new leads
Job Requirement:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma and above.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply this position.
· At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
· Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
· Excellent communication and presentation.
· Fluent in English and Bahasa.
