What you'll be doing
Perform first-touch calls or emails to introduce products/services and identify basic technical requirements and potential scope of work.
Assist in qualifying leads, gathering basic technical/project information, and scheduling meetings for senior staff.
Draft simple quotations, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and basic sales proposals based on standard templates, submitting them for senior/executive review.
Maintain updated and accurate records of leads, deals, customer details, and sales activities in the CRM system for accurate forecasting.
File proposals, quotations, contracts, and tender/pre-qualification documents for compliance and audit readiness.
Liaise with operations, finance, and administration teams to check project availability, timelines, and technical requirements to ensure a smooth post-deal closure and project handover.
Assist the Accounts team by providing documentation (POs, DOs, sign-offs) needed for timely customer invoicing and initial payment tracking.
Qualifications and Requirements:
O Level, Diploma or equivalent technical certification (e.g., Nitec/Higher Nitec) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline) is highly preferred.
0–2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or technical role. Candidates with relevant technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of technical documents (e.g., simple schematics, drawings) and a high proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in English is required to communicate with English-speaking stakeholders.
Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license for mandatory field work and client meetings.
