Job Title: Automation Specialist (Lead) – RPA & Intelligent Automation

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Automation Specialist (Lead) to drive enterprise automation initiatives across business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate, combined with techno-functional and project leadership capabilities.

This role requires a hands-on automation professional who can collaborate with business stakeholders, design scalable automation solutions, and lead end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end automation projects from requirement gathering to deployment and support
• Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and related automation technologies
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize processes
• Translate business requirements into technical automation workflows and solution designs
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate UAT, deployment activities, and production support for automation solutions
• Ensure automation best practices, coding standards, governance, and documentation are followed
• Monitor BOT performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements where necessary
• Mentor junior developers and support the growth of the automation team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Compliance, and Business Units

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to RPA and Intelligent Automation
• Hands-on experience in UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate
• Strong understanding of automation lifecycle, BOT deployment, and orchestration
• Experience in workflow automation, process optimization, and solution design
• Techno-functional expertise with the ability to interact directly with business stakeholders
• Experience managing or leading automation projects and teams
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or project delivery methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Certification and/or Microsoft Power Platform certifications
• Experience in BFSI / Financial Services domain is an added advantage
• Exposure to OCR, AI-driven automation, Process Mining, or Intelligent Document Processing is a plus
• Experience working in enterprise-scale automation environments
